Latest Shocking Entertainment News: Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli Slashed Price of L.A. Home Before Split
Lori Loughlin and her estranged husband, Mossimo Giannulli, slashed more than a million dollars from the asking price of their Los Angeles mansion months before announcing their split, Us Weekly can report.
According to real estate records, Loughlin and Giannulli dropped the asking price from $16,500,000 to $14,950,000 on July 7. The former couple purchased the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom, 11,808 square-foot estate in August 2020 for $9.5 million.
The property comes with luxury amenities including a custom home theater, gym, wine cellar, walk-in closets, “warm maple floors and soaring ceilings,” and “breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.”
Loughlin, 61, and Giannulli, 62, decided to list the home in February, but have had no bites.

The exes purchased the home after selling off their Bel-Air mansion for $18.75 million in early 2020. The couple was trying to unload the 12,000 square-foot property for $28 million, but reduced it when they sold it to Tinder cofounder Justin Mateen.
Giannulli reportedly has a thing for remodeling homes. It has been reported the exes would often purchase a new home every couple of years after Giannulli finished renovating.
As Us previously reported on Thursday, October 2, Loughlin and Giannulli announced they were separating after 27 years of marriage.
Loughlin’s rep Elizabeth Much told People, “They are living apart and taking a break from their marriage. There are no legal proceedings at this time.”

Following the split, Giannulli was spotted hanging out with 32-year-old stylist Hannah Harrison. However, Harrison denied there was anything romantic going on between her and Giannulli.
She told Us that she was out with Giannulli to help him pull clothes for his brand. “We did not drive together. We drove separately,” she told Us on October 3.
She added, “We were not there together [and] we are not dating. We are good friends. He was just meeting me at the store.”
Another source told Us, “[Harrison] is just friends with him.” They added, “She is a stylist. She was pulling items from his studio yesterday.”
For her part, Loughlin was seen out at dinner with actor James Tupper one day after the split was announced. Loughlin and Tupper have co-starred in Great American Family’s Blessings of Christmas and Fall Into Winter
Loughlin and Giannulli’s split comes years after they stood by each other’s sides during the 2019 controversy involving their daughters, Olivia Jade Giannulli and Isabella Rose Giannulli.

The then-couple was accused of paying $500,000 for their daughters to gain acceptance to the University of Southern California. The duo pleaded guilty to wire and mail fraud charges.
Loughlin was sentenced to two months in prison. Giannulli received a five-month sentence. Loughlin was released from prison in late 2020 and Giannulli checked out in April 2021.
In 2024, Loughlin sat down for her first major interview since her prison release. She did not talk directly about the criminal case but said, “Every day, we’re met with different obstacles. But, for me, it’s like that song says, ‘I get knocked down, but I get up again.’”
She added, “Nobody said life was going to be a breeze; we all make mistakes, but the important thing is to persevere.”
