Lewis Hamilton has speed in his veins as a Formula One racer, but when it comes to settling down, he’s taking his time.
After the F1 champion’s high-profile relationship with Nicole Scherzinger, whom he dated on and off for seven years before calling it quits in 2015, he was linked to several models and actresses all while keeping his focus on his sport.
“One day [I want kids],” Hamilton told the Sunday Times in September 2024, revealing that outside of winning races, he wants to embark on his road to parenthood someday. “I wouldn’t be able to do what I do to the level that I do it today with that. One of my best friends has just had a kid and I’m seeing how manic it is — and my nieces and nephew are a handful.”
Hamilton added, “There will be a time and a place for it, and I can’t wait for that part. But right now I have some work to do.”

More than a year later, Hamilton was rumored to be dating longtime friend Kim Kardashian, who is a mother of four. Us Weekly confirmed in February 2026 that the pair were in a “casual” relationship and seeing how things evolve between them.

Danielle Lloyd
Hamilton met TV personality Danielle Lloyd at a nightclub in London when he was a teenager. “We were both out with friends, but there was a bit of a spark, and we swapped numbers,” Lloyd told the Daily Mail in July 2007, confirming they dated for six months. “After that I went back to Liverpool and he lived in London, but we stayed in touch.”
Lloyd called Hamilton a “lovely person” but pointed to distance and their age gap as the reason for their split. Despite calling it quits, Hamilton was on hand to support Lloyd in 2004 when she was crowned Miss England.

Hamilton began seeing the former Pussycat Dolls singer in 2007 after they met at an MTV awards ceremony. The pair dated on and off for seven years, sparking engagement speculation in 2011. Scherzinger denied the rumors via X at the time, writing, “Lewis and I woke up this morning and read we were engaged! Sorry to disappoint u all but its not true:).”
Hamilton and Scherzinger called it quits for good in 2015. “I’m devastated that it didn’t work out.
