Latest Shocking Entertainment News: Million Dollar Listing's Tracy Tutor Sues Luxury Realtor for Sexual Assault
Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles star Tracy Tutor has accused fellow luxury real estate agent Oren Alexander of sexual assault.
Tutor, 50, claimed in a Thursday, March 5, lawsuit obtained by Us Weekly that Alexander, 38, allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2014.
In Tutor’s filing, she claimed that she was invited to meet Alexander and other realtors at a dinner in New York City. Attending with an unidentified friend, Tutor was allegedly handed a drink and subsequently blacked out.
Tutor’s friend claimed in the court docs that she later found the Bravo star acting “out of her mind” in a men’s bathroom stall with Alexander, who was seen kissing her and “touching her in intimate areas.”

According to Tutor, she woke up in someone else’s hotel room and noticed that her tampon had been removed from her body. Alexander, for his part, has denied the accusations.
“Ms. Tutor and her counsel have timed the filing of this salacious and demonstrably false lawsuit for maximum media impact, choosing the eve of jury deliberations in the federal trial despite the fact that the allegations are more than a decade old and have already been aired publicly,” Alexander’s attorney Jason Goldman told Us in a statement. “This appears to be nothing more than a transparent attempt to create headlines and taint the proceedings at a critical moment. We are confident the jury will focus on the evidence presented in court, not on opportunistic litigation tactics.”
Oren and his brothers, Tal and Alon Alexander, are currently on trial in New York for federal sex trafficking charges after dozens of women came forward with accusations of rape and misconduct. While the siblings pleaded not guilty and denied every allegation, jury deliberations are expected to begin later this week.
As for Tutor, she has starred on Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles since 2017. Nearly eight years later, Tutor left her position at the Douglas Elliman brokerage for Compass.

“That was really heavily talked about, and I never said boo about it,” Tutor exclusively told Us in November 2025. “I’m not sure where that rumor mill started other than, like, a year or two ago, Andy [Cohen] asked me on Watch What Happens Live — I think a fan had asked. There was some chatter, some discussion about it, but they had already sort of, I guess, figured out how they were going to run their season.”
