Which Tom — or Joey — did Raquel Leviss make out with at Coachella?
Back in April 2022, speculation surfaced that Leviss was seen kissing Tom Schwartz at the music festival in Palm Springs. He denied the claims — and that he even attended the event — at the time.
“Guys hate to break it to you but I wasn’t at Coachella 
,” Schwartz tweeted.
Three months later, Us Weekly confirmed that Schwartz and Leviss did pack on the PDA at Scheana Shay’s wedding in August 2022. Their fling was short-lived, however, as news broke in March that Leviss had been having a months-long affair with Tom Sandoval. The bombshell led to the end of his longtime romance with Ariana Madix.
The controversy — dubbed Scandoval — prompted many viewers to question if onlookers had the wrong Tom when it came to the Coachella reports. Kristen Doute subsequently claimed one of Leviss’ pals told her that it was indeed Sandoval who was kissing the former beauty queen.
Fellow former alum Stassi Schroeder also suggested that Schwartz and Leviss’ hookup was a cover for Sandoval’s feelings for Leviss.
“It also sounds like something Sandoval would come up with. It sounds like something that he would be like, ‘This is a great way to cover.’ It’s a cover-up! And Raquel’s like, ‘Yeah!'” she stated on “Straight Up With Stassi” in March. “Schwartz wasn’t into Raquel. Even I remember, in real-time, Katie [Maloney] talking to me about this going on. She was like, ‘What hurts the most, Schwartz isn’t interested in Raquel and Raquel’s not interested in Schwartz. Like, they’re doing this for a story. This doesn’t feel real. And the fact that they would do this for a story to hurt me.’”
Leviss, for her part, denied that the twosome were using Schwartz. “There was a genuine curiosity there, it wasn’t a cover-up,” she told TMZ of Schwartz, adding things with Sandoval “started off as a friendship and turned into something more.”
Sandoval, for his part, has apologized to Madix but hasn’t publicly reacted to the Coachella speculation. And while Leviss hasn’t spoken out about who she was making out with at the carnival, one of Brock Davies’ friends Joey Lennon was introduced as the “actual guy” Leviss kissed during the March 22 episode of Vanderpump Rules.
“You know how people thought that Raquel and I made out at Coachella? Well, this is the actual guy who made out with Raquel,” Schwartz explained in a confessional.
Schwartz joked that Lennon looked like him. “[It’s] me if I had ambition and follow-through,” he quipped.
