Latest Shocking Entertainent News: Lady Gaga Gushes About Bradley Cooper and Their 'Special' Moment on the Oscars Stage
Lady Gaga is still raving about Bradley Cooper.
One day after the actors took to the Oscars stage to perform “Shallow” from their hit film A Star Is Born (which clinched the award for Best Original Song), Gaga opened up about the remarkable experience with her costar.
“Nothing could be more special than sharing this moment at the Oscars with a true friend and artistic genius,” she wrote on Twitter Monday.
Along with the sweet message, Gaga, 32, shared a photo of the pair sitting at the Steinway piano during their performance.

Fans have long been enamored by Gaga and Cooper’s on-and off-screen electrifying chemistry, to the point where some online wanted their passionate performance on Sunday to end with a kiss.

Instead, Gaga and Cooper smiled and hugged as they walked off the stage. Their embrace continued backstage as the two were met with a swarm of claps from production staff.
“Did I nail it?” asked Gaga. Taking in the congratulations, she looked at Cooper and said, “I’m so f—ing proud of you!”
With only a few seconds to get back to their seats, a handler disengaged Gaga from the mic-pack attached to the back of her dress — and Cooper and Gaga, side by side, made their way to their seats via the stage.
During the commercial break following their duet, the pair came out arm-in-arm to huge cheers and another standing ovation from the entire house. Cooper kissed and hugged girlfriend Irina Shayk when he got back to his seat, and the model congratulated Gaga, whom Shayk cheered on throughout the night.

In the press room after the show, Gaga revealed the sweet and encouraging message that Cooper shared with his friend and costar before taking the stage together.
“One of the hardest things in life is to be brave enough to be yourself. I wish to everyone that is going to that celebration to feel a joy inside of them,'” Gaga recounted to reporters.
“That’s actually what Bradley said to me yesterday, right before we did our last rehearsal for this performance of ‘Shallow,’ ” she continued. “He said, ‘Let’s just drop a little bit of joy.’ And I said, ‘Okay.’ And turns out, joy did a whole lot for me.”
A Star Is Born — which Cooper co-wrote and directed — earned a nomination for Best Picture. Gaga and Cooper also earned acting nods for their starring roles, though neither won.
In her tearful acceptance speech for Best Original Song, Gaga thanked those closest to her, including her sister Natali Germanotta, 26.
“Thank you so much. To the Academy for this wonderful honor. Thank you to every single person in this room. Thank you to Mark Ronson, to Anthony Rossomando, to Andrew Wyatt my co-writers, I love them so much. To my sister, my soul mate, I love you,” she said, crying. “My family is here, I love you, mom and dad.”
She also sent love to Cooper. “Bradley, there is not a single person on the planet that could’ve sung this song with me but you,” Gaga said. “Thank you for believing in us, thank you so much.”
