Eminem is dating his longtime stylist Katrina Malota, a source confirms to Us Weekly.
TMZ was first to break the news, reporting on Friday, October 17, that Malota has worked on several of Eminem’s music videos and photoshoots.
Neither Eminem, 53, nor Malota have publicly addressed the status of their relationship. Us has reached out to reps for both for comment.
Malota is a hairstylist in Birmingham, Michigan, where she sees clients at the local 6 Salon.

“Katrina Malota is a renowned stylist and makeup artist from Birmingham, Michigan. She is one of the most in-demand hairstylists in both entertainment and fashion industries,” a description on her official website reads. “A true visual artist in the industry having worked on countless runway shows from NYC to Paris creating incomparable styles for the world’s leading fashion designers to mentoring graduating talent at the world renowned Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London and taking on complete degree collection looks.”
Malota’s website further revealed that her “cutting-edge” designs have been featured in multiple magazine spreads, gaining the attention of numerous stars, including Eminem (real name Marshall Mathers), Snoop Dogg, Robin Thicke and 50 Cent.
“With clientele in her hometown of Birmingham, Michigan, Miami [and] New York, you can find her behind the chair, as well as [at] a night video shoot with one of the music industries most in-demand artists that she has built loyal relations with through the years,” the online description adds. “Katrina is a multi-faceted, multitalented force to be reckoned with that is as electric and magnetic as her work.”
Eminem, meanwhile, has kept his love life private in recent years.
“It’s tough. Since my divorce I’ve had a few dates and nothing’s panned out in a way that I wanted to make it public,” the rapper told Vulture of his romantic life in a 2017 profile. “Dating’s just not where I’m at lately.”
According to Eminem, he would occasionally meet women on dating apps or by “going to strip clubs.”
“What can I say? Going to strip clubs is how I was meeting some chicks,” he told the outlet. “It was an interesting time for me.”

Eminem was previously (and famously) married to Kim Scott from 1999 to 2001 and again for three months in 2006. Eminem and Scott, 50, share daughter Hailie Jade. The 8 Mile star also adopted daughter Alaina, the biological child of Scott’s sister, and son Steve, Scott’s child from a previous relationship.
“They really have a great relationship now as parents,” a second source told Us in 2013 of Eminem and Scott’s coparenting dynamic. “They are together all the time for the sake of the kids. … Despite everything Em has been through, he’s always been an amazing father, and always had a place in his heart for Kim because of their history and the kids.”
Eminem and Scott recently became grandparents when Hailie Jade, 29, welcomed son Elliot in March. Alaina, for her part, is currently expecting a baby of her own early next year.
