Latest Shocking Entertainment News: Love Is Blind’s Lydia Accuses Ex Milton of ‘Adultery’ in Divorce Court
Love Is Blind’s Lydia Velez-Gonzalez accused her estranged husband, Milton Johnson, of infidelity days after he claimed she treated him “cruel” during their marriage, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On Tuesday, September 30, Lydia, 34, filed an amended petition for divorce. She listed the date of marriage as May 31, 2022, and the date of separation as March 31.
Lydia said Milton, 27, had committed “adultery.” She also claimed Milton was guilty of “cruel treatment,” which made living together impossible. Lydia said there was no hope for a reconciliation.
In her filing, she requested that she be awarded her separate property. She also asked for a court order prohibiting Milton from communicating with her in any manner, including by phone or text, video chat, “In vulgar, obscene or indecent language or in a coarse or offensive manner.”
Lydia requested that Milton be restrained from threatening her in any manner, placing “one or more telephone calls, anonymously, at any unreasonable hour, in an offensive and repetitive manner, or without a legitimate purpose of communications,” or causing her bodily harm.
She also wanted the court to order Milton not to use any password or her personal information to gain access to her email, social media accounts, or any other accounts.
Lydia’s petition also asked that Milton not be allowed to turn over the water, electricity or other utilities at their Texas home. She wants exclusive use of the home while the case is pending and Milton is barred from entering the premises.
She also wants the court order to also include verbiage restricting Milton from using a tracking or monitoring device on her property or car.

Lydia said Milton should cover her legal fees because she has “insufficient income for support.”
As Us first reported, Milton filed court documents on Friday, September 26, where he claimed Lydia was the one who treated him badly. He asked for her petition to be dismissed and filed a counterclaim for divorce.

In his filing, he agreed with Lydia on the date of separation and that a reconciliation was impossible.
“The marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities between [Milton] and [Lydia] that destroys the legitimate end of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation,” his filing read.
He said they had no children and none of the way.
As Us previously reported, Lydia filed for divorce from Milton on June 10 in Texas. On September 17, she asked the court to enter a default judgment due to Milton not responding to the case despite being served with the paperwork. He eventually responded to the case a couple of days later.
Lydia, who said the romance started “beautiful,” and Milton’s split became public on June 11 when she announced she had filed for divorce on an episode of the “What’s the Reality?” podcast.
She said, “I have decided [to] file for divorce against Milton. It wasn’t one thing. It was a layer of situations and things that just kept piling up. When I asked him or told him, ‘Hey, I’ll let you know when the divorce papers are ready,’ his response was, ‘I’m not going to sign the papers unless there’s an NDA.’ That said enough for me to know that I needed to share my truth and my experience because I’ve been suffering in silence, [which] has been too much for me.”

She said she had issues with Milton allegedly not complimenting her. Lydia said another issue was him not being as supportive as she wanted after she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in September 2024.
In addition, Lydia claimed a woman reached out to her on social media to tell her Milton had been pursuing women before the split.
“Along the period [that we’ve been] married, I have received, on five different occasions, messages from women allegedly saying that he’s pursuing them at bars, paying for a woman’s drinks, heavily flirting,” Lydia said on the podcast. “I went to a wedding and one of the girls that I used to be friends with has pictures of him in California with another woman.”
The exes got engaged and married during season 5 of Love Is Blind.
